The Q-SYS AD-S12-BK is a full-range, two-way surface-mount loudspeaker—not the AD-S112sw subwoofer. Its 12-inch weather-resistant paper-cone woofer and 1-inch-exit compression driver provide a 52 Hz–20 kHz frequency range with 75° conical DMT coverage. It reaches 120 dB continuous or 126 dB peak maximum SPL and is rated for 300 W continuous power at 8 Ω nominal impedance. A 4-pole Euroblock connector supports parallel input/output wiring. The included X-Mount provides secure pan-and-tilt installation; Q-SYS also documents the AD-YMS12 yoke and M10 Kit-C as optional mounting accessories. The IP54 enclosure is suitable for indoor or protected outdoor deployment, measures 594 × 354 × 323 mm, weighs 16 kg and is finished in black RAL 9011.
