Q-SYS NL-SB42 is a native two-way Q-SYS network soundbar for speech, music and program audio. A 3.5-inch woofer and 0.75-inch tweeter provide wide off-axis response. Q-LAN audio, power and control share one RJ45 Ethernet connection, with drag-and-drop integration in Q-SYS Designer Software, onboard limiting and amplifier-fault monitoring.
The effective frequency range is 110 Hz to 20 kHz. Rated coverage is 150° horizontal and 160° vertical between 1 kHz and 10 kHz. Maximum continuous SPL is 90 dB on PoE and 93 dB on PoE+; peak SPL is 106 and 107 dB respectively. It requires PoE Type 1 Class 3 or PoE+ Type 2 Class 4, consuming up to 12 W or 24 W.
The included quick-install wall bracket supports horizontal or vertical mounting and provides 3 cm of fine adjustment; rubber feet are also included for shelf placement. Dimensions are 518.1 × 101 × 73 mm and net weight is 1.75 kg. A programmable status light bar can be configured in Q-SYS Designer Software and supports Q-SYS Call Sync.
