Detailed product information
The Q-SYS QIO-24f is a high-density network audio endpoint that places 24 analog audio connections and 8 × 8 GPIO in a standard 1RU rack space. It provides eight mic/line inputs, eight software-definable Flex channels that can operate as inputs or outputs, and eight dedicated line outputs. Inputs support balanced or unbalanced wiring, 0–60 dB preamplifier gain and configurable +48 VDC phantom power; microphone detection supports monitoring and failure notifications. Dedicated and Flex outputs support a -36 dBu to +24 dBu range, 110 dB dynamic range and 100 Ω output impedance, with 48 kHz / 24-bit audio. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports support redundant Q-LAN networking, and Q-SYS documents both network redundancy and installation of two QIO-24f units as a peripheral failover pair. Integrated relay mute on outputs supports redundant audio switching and suppresses power-up transients. Rear-panel connectivity includes eight mic/line inputs, eight Flex channels, eight line outputs, eight GPIO inputs, eight GPIO outputs, dual LAN, and universal AC mains. The full-rack-width enclosure can be rack- or surface-mounted.
