Q-SYS SLDAN-64-P enables 64 × 64 channels of Software-based Dante on a supported Q-SYS Core processor. It adds Dante network-audio integration in software, without requiring a separate Dante network I/O card, and allows Dante audio to be managed within the Q-SYS workflow alongside Q-LAN and AES67.
The current Q-SYS licensing documentation lists the 64 × 64 tier for Core 24f, Core 510i, Core 610, Core 5200, Server Core X10, Server Core X20r, Server Core X50r and Core 6000 CXR. Software and hardware requirements vary by Core: Core 24f, Server Core X10 and Server Core X20r require Q-SYS Designer Software 10.0.0 or later; Server Core X50r requires 10.3 or later; Core 510i and Core 5200 require 9.0 or later; Core 610 requires 9.6 or later; and Core 6000 CXR requires 9.4.x LTS or 9.7 or later.
Software-based Dante capacity licenses are not additive. A system requiring 64 × 64 channels must activate the 64 × 64 license rather than combining multiple lower-capacity licenses.
