Q-SYS SLDAN-256-P enables 256 × 256 channels of Software-based Dante on specifically supported Q-SYS Core processors. It adds Dante network-audio integration in software, without requiring a separate Dante network I/O card, and brings Dante discovery, synchronization, control and management into the Q-SYS workflow.
Q-SYS currently lists the 256 × 256 tier for Core 610, Core 5200, Server Core X20r, Server Core X50r and Core 6000 CXR. The documented minimum Q-SYS Designer Software versions are 9.9 for Core 610 when adding SLDAN-256-P, 9.0 for Core 5200, 10.0.0 for Server Core X20r, 10.3 for Server Core X50r, and 9.4.x LTS or 9.7 for Core 6000 CXR.
This license does not imply compatibility with other Core models. Software-based Dante capacity licenses are also not additive: the 256 × 256 license must be activated when that channel tier is required.
